Hmmm...Is it just another clone? Or the same model with different RAM and storage? If it's the same model, you can try to read back his firmware then flash it to yours. If you do that make sure you backup your own firmware first.

The other suggestion is to perhaps try for a refund from the seller. I don't know what else to tell you.

bytheway (out of topic but related ), is there any way to edit or tweak the modem img? cause i think it will be very nice to do more deep .
but the problem is i dont know how to extract the img, is it different file type with system.img? cause when i try to extract using same way, its failed

Did you already found a solution to enable 3G on the MTK 6572? I'm also not able to select the 3g connections in engineering mode.
