I Recently bought a phone and and rooted it yesterday but, shortly after my WiFi icon turned from blue to grey, Google play showed a connection error and nothing downloads from the internet.
I have tried everything to fix this but still nothing works.
So i thought maybe i could install another ROM or the original ROM and it would work but i do not know which ones are compatible with my device.
Thanks

You'll want to look for ROMs for your specific phone, not just any ROM for any MTK6572 device.
LG Nexus 4 | APQ8064 | 2GB / 16GB | 4.7"
Star S7589 | MTK6589 | 1GB / 8GB | 5.8"
THL T200C | MTK6592W | 2GB / 16GB | 6.0"
Mlais M52 | MTK6752 | 2GB / 16GB | 5.5"
innos D6000 | MSM8939 | 3GB / 32GB | 5.2"
Asus Zenfone 2 | Z2560 | 2GB / 16GB | 5.5"

it may be something simple?
rooting a phone should not cause a loss of wifi signal.
while phone is turned on....go into system settings, wifi settings and long press wifi network you have saved
and choose option.....forget network.....meaning forget password
Next full reboot please.
Now back into system settings, enable wifi, long press and find your router and input password
post any errors you see please.
2) Did you do anything else to this phone?
