24 ohms sounds like it should be more than reasonable for any device to drive without distortion.

If it were me and I needed it, the solution would be an Fiio E6. If you choose to go this route, I hear counterfeiting runs high to be sure to buy from a reputable seller.

Guys I just realised something even When I am connecting my phone to my Bluetooth (Sony mw600) the problem exists when I am listening to music (it is a little bit better) hmm maybe it is not a hardware thing. I have thoughts about of modding mtk engineering mode audio but i dont know much what t do there. any suggestions?

This is an adapter issue, i already posted a similar tread and to solve this problem you must purchase a jack adapter from ebay. Dont remember what the adapter was exactly called
