At Gizbeat, you commented in T200C review
[Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]. Do you have T200C or W200S?
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

Okay, I've moved your comments there to

I will check out my W200S at some point today in regards to headphone usage.

Check your audio profiles to make sure "BesAudEnh" is unchecked.

Try turning down the bass on the EQ if you still have one. Does that help at all?
My guess is that you're overdriving the amplifier somehow. Probably because the headphones have too low of impedance. Hopefully there's an easy fix that doesn't require additional hardware.

Skipping most of the technical mumbo jumbo, if I were a gambling man I'd guess you have some low impedance headphones and that the amplifer's output impedance isn't low enough to properly drive them. It is therefore distorting. I hope it's a software issue, though!
