thl w200s 3.5mm jack problem

Hello guys 2 days ago i bought this phone from tinydeal.com.After hours of testing i realised that the sounds that comes out of my earphones(sony zs30 and the stock earphones) is distorted on high volume .I already disabled music fx and earphone enchacer.Any suggestions?

Try turning down the bass on the EQ if you still have one. Does that help at all?

My guess is that you're overdriving the amplifier somehow. Probably because the headphones have too low of impedance. Hopefully there's an easy fix that doesn't require additional hardware.

hmmm... i dont think so.. cause.. i had the same settings on my power amp music player on my previews smartphone(sony ericsson live with walkman) and it was alright ,Clear boombass,no distortion.also i tried them on my friends xperia ray and the sound was perfect either.Maybe something is going on with its software sound processor...Also i tried to listen via my bluetooth headphones and the sound was alright... i think that this model has weak amplifier. Any suggestions?

Skipping most of the technical mumbo jumbo, if I were a gambling man I'd guess you have some low impedance headphones and that the amplifer's output impedance isn't low enough to properly drive them. It is therefore distorting. I hope it's a software issue, though!

i think if its a hardware issue it had to be not working at all,i can hear music just fine .But not a song with very low frequencies like boombass songs something like i did on my old smarphone and it was working fine,sony mdr zx300 has 24oms impendance at 1khz isnt that low enough?
