Flashing lk.bin from original firmware - screen is switched on, showing logo, fades, then again screen is on and showing logo (bootloop). When flashing lk.bin from Kitkat - just a black screen

It must not contain the necessary drivers for your screen type. Using MTKdroidtools what is your lcm driver?

Try attached lk.bin

Sorry, Am out of options, seems it doesn't contain the correct drivers for you. Even if anything was flashed wrong, You would still get a logo using the kitkat build lk.bin .

But with this one released, Hopefully you wont have to wait for long before other builds pop up

hi, i have win to install this. ... but nothing simcard is detected and my inew is very slow.

Kitkat from needrom do not work!
It seems that this update isnt compatable with some of the older iNew v3 models, as the lk.bin doesnt contain the necessary display drivers for your phone, Hence the black screen,
If you have a black screen, unforunatly there is nothing you can do and you will have to wait for a more official release . Sorry.

installed ok,lost my imei's and MTK tools will not let me replace them Sad

Some else said this also , I was able to reproduce the error and have only just fixed it

IT has to do with the baseband, Will upload a fix when i sort a flashable file over the old one.

Do a full wipe before install zip .

dunno if I done something wrong all I've got now is a blank screen also noticed that I cannot flash any other rom after this not even my backups
