Hello,
Fisrst of all I want to ask my apologize for my bad English.
I have a V3 that I bought directly from the factory and, after 30 days of use, was shut down by itself and did not return to switch on again.
I sent the phone to China to be repaired and after two months of waiting I received it, in theory repaired, but the phone after three hours of being connected to the wall charger switched off again, being impossible to switch on it.
I have noticed that if I pull out the phone battery for a few hours it restarts, but it crashes again within minutes.
The person who made an intermediary in this operation does not reply to my mails and I'm obviously very unhappy with the bad service provided by INew.
Has anyone had the same problem as me?
Anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks a lot for your answer but, when the phone is blocked it is not recognized by the PC and therefore can not do anything with it.

The PC doesn't recognize the phone at all? Have you tried installing the ADB drivers? What happens when you plug it in to the computer, is there any sound at all?

On a side note, sounds like you have a happy family going there : )

I'm currently in the same situation with another device : xiaomi 10400 mah powerbank...
By the way changing the battery seems like a good idea.
One more thing:
How did you buy the phone DIRECTLY from the factory?

I'm waiting for a new battery to test if this is the problem, but the phone have the same issue with the two batteries that came with the original shippment, so I'm not so confident to solve it.
Some time ago I found the mail address of INew sales manager and I got in touch with him. Through this contact I purchased several i2000 and two V3

No, the PC does not recognize the phone. No sounds or popups on the PC
The drivers are installed correctly because I have other phones of INew and recognizes all.
