[Question] Lenovo k3 note 3G and 4G problem connection issue

i have bought the k3 note and everything is good, except the 3G and 4G connection. i can't use internet connection with the 3G and 4G. i thought that the problem was in the sim card, but i ve tried my sim card on other phones, it works very good. the frequencies are compatible here in my country. please can you find me a solution with this issue, i think the phone have a problem with the 3 and 4G. Find me a solution please.

P.S: take a look on the picture attached, the 4G signal is displayed on the phone but the speed connection is very bad. you can check it on the picture.

Not sure what to tell you then. If the SIM is set to 3g, if your IMEI aren't null, and if the APNs are correct, not sure what the issue could be.

Check in engineering mode what it says for UMTS and 4g frequencies.

By bad speeds, how slow do you mean? Have you run a speed test?

I have discovered the problem; i can connect with 3G and 4G to the internet, but when i try to enter to google website or youtube or facebook playstore or other apps installed on the phone, i can't access to this websites. i don't know why. i can access to all websites except youtube, google, facebook, twitter... i really can't understand the reason.

I have found the source of the problem. it was resolved by using just one sim card and removing the other. thank you for your help.

Just so you're aware, only one SIM can be on 3g/4g. The other SIM will always be 2g. You can usually switch them in Android settings.

It could be that your data SIM was set to 2g. If you remove a SIM, the other sim will automatically be set to 2g/3g/4g. You can try both sims again and look in settings and make sure that SIM is set to 3g/4g SIM.
