[Question] Lenovo s898t+ stock recovery

I have a lenovo s898t+, and I want to install a new rom from the exsdcard, I don't have a custom recovery, however the phone has a stock recovery but I don't know if I can install a new rom with this recovery.
This is how the stock recovery looks like
