Actually I don't recommend anyone use this at all. This is from a long time ago when a specific problem existed with internet stopping when switching between H and H+

Hello I leave in TURKIYE and use AVEA mobile and general mobile discovery phone. AVEA use 1800 mhz GSM and 2100 mhz 3g . My 3g is good in H+ mode but in H mode it's bad for EDGE. i Try all modem but not have good H speed help me plz thx.

Installed v8 to inew i3000. After update 3g has worked flawless.. before jumping between h and h+ and sometimes connection lost. But now it is working. Good patch. Thank you!
Edit: Today when jumping between h and h+, internet connection lost again.. So update to v8 didn't fix problem.

anyone knows if there is a patch for the inew i6000, working like a charm in france but the network is switching from h to h+ all the time: normal or not?

As long as your internet isn't interrupted when it changes, it's fine.
