[Question] How to fix softbrick/bootloop

I have here a Starmobile Octa (Phone Name)
1,7Ghz Octacore Mtk 6592
32GB

The Problem:
OTA Update to Kitkat 4.4 its hang up.
After RESET no Rom
only can connect with SPFlashtool

I need a Rom (Stock or Costume)

Or on Idea what i can do more

Tip: the Starmobile Octa its same Producer as i-Mobile Octo 1068/1069

The phone boot loops like crazy.. If you do anything to it.
It's like self protecting...

But.

You can root it. You can custom ROM it but super tricky.
You need scatter file and boot.IMG... You could at least get a good boot.IMG

You need to flash it back to jellybean and do it again.
Your in the Philippines so their are many cellphone flash stations in the malls etc... Tell them you need to flash stock ROM....

Even Star mobile technicians are in the mall.

But I am making a website for that phone specifically.

Spflssh tool is good with a back up from... Mtktools
Do this... Turn it off let it charge to 100%
Then don't turn it on.. Just plug in and charge.
See if you can at least get the charging image to come up.

After 100% try booting it while it's plunged in at the same time. It needs allot of power to boot because the battery drain in crazy...

You boot at 100% and then you have like.. 98% by the time you get in or sometimes like 84%
