Doogee DG550 FIrmware upgrade to 4.4.2

I flashed Doogee's Android 4.4.2. firmware release, and It's much better than 4.2.

I do have what seems an odd issue. On first boot I did the initial setup -- the series of four or five screens before the home screen. And there is even a brief tutorial which you can view or cancel.

I did a factory reset from the off state using the volume up + power button and when it booted I went directly to the home screen -- no setup.

Any comments as to why?

Thanks for the reply. I used SP Flash tool and the official Doogee ROM upgrade. I also re-flashed the phone and the same thing occurs. On boot I go directly to the home screen, no initial setup.

Depends on the ROM. Could be the ROM posted already booted, thus that will be part of cache/data.

Look in Doogee official forum. The official is posted there.

If its really important, wipe dalvik, wipe cache, wipe data and factory reset. That should do it. If not, don't worry. Just use the phone.

I did wipe the cache partition, and data. I don't see the "dalvik" option either from the off state recovery or in the menus settings under storage or factory reset. The only other option is to erase DRM license.
