I believe he's been re-flashing with SP Flash Tools after the soft-brick after using the tool. It's not clear whether he's able to boot into recovery at all after using the tool.
A couple of things here
1) After running the app and it soft-bricks, you can try to flash with SP Flash Tools but don't flash the EBR1/EBR2. Boot into recovery and factory reset.
2) Also as bertmansk mentions, if you can get into recovery after the re-partition, you can try to SD Update firmware (different firmware type of package than SP Flash Firmware), then factory reset. (This one is one of the newest, seen posted by stevenma61 in another thread: )
