China customs delay, where they were inspecting every package before clearing it. The China national holiday which they took time off work from Oct 1-7, and a DHL warehouse fire. The customs delay started around the middle of September, but it took a long time to clear. I believe everything should be back to normal now, but they probably still have a huge backlog of orders piled up from the delays.
The same thing happened to me too, and I'm still waiting for my V8 that I ordered on Sept 9th with expedited shipping. My DHL tracking was stuck at "Shipment Info Received" for the longest time. Gizbeat was able to help me out and get them to re-ship a new phone to me since there seems to be an issue with the original they shipped out, so hopefully he can help you out as well.
