Have the same problem with my SM -G9006V

Baseband; MOLY.WR8.W1315.MD.WG.MP.V34,from 2014/05/06
Kernel ver. 3.4.67 user1@ubuntu #1 From jun 18

So far no luck,in rooting this phone,but iwill keep trying o solve this.
Any help or hint would be helpful Angel
