there's another tool called SPMultiPortFlashDownload it looks like this

Only problem is that it only flashes stock roms that have this format:
If you have any roms that look like the pic above, extract them, open the tool and under Scatter File, select the scatter file present in the stock rom you extracted..Make sure the Data Source file and DA file name point to their respective files as shown in the pic(don't touch any other options). Remove your battery and connect phone(without battery) , click Start All and then connect your battery..it will start flashing..
now about that alcatel driver, i don't think it matters alot but try the above tutorial and we will see
