Azumi phone discharged completely

Hello everyone,

I have an Azumi A50LT (Mediatek MT6735M) phone which has been discharged completely. When I connect it to a charger screen briefly turns on, shows "0%" and turns off. It does that until disconnection from the charger. No matter how long I've let it charge, it is stuck at 0%. What could i do? I have measured battery voltage and it is 3.3 V. Thanks in advance.

Battery voltage maybe too low to initiate the charge.

Try in this order

1. Different cable
2. Different charger
3. Charge battery with external charger (remove battery). If it's not a removable battery then that may be very difficult to charge, but can find some way to do I think.
4. Order a new battery
5. If none of these work then it's a problem with the charging system on the phone
