Hi,
I can´t make the scatter file. I am using MtkDroidtools 2.5.3 but the "create scatter file" button is in Grey and unclickable.

Rooted Jiake JK-750 with MTK-6571 UBIFS, and Adroid 4.4.2

Any idea?

Hi,
I used Droid Tools (v2.4.6) to backup Advan S5F (hv SD Card with partition).
Shows msg: "ATTENTION THE SD card isn't found! System and userdata won't backup!
Any idea about this?

thanks for the help mtk tools will not let me create a scatter it says error total bytes per file not found set default page/spare=2048/64 !!!
Ive installed the newest PDA drivers, do you know what the problem may be? Im trying to create custom recovery for a doogee turbo mini f1, android 4.4.4.

Yes. Always be using the newest tools. Good to see the problem was worked out.

I face same issue with Go Han,
When I connect my phone to MTK Droid Root Tools I get this error message
--->>> Connect to device <<<---
--- ERROR : --- TotalBytesPerChunk Not Found. Set default Page/Spare=2048/64 !!!
And when I click block map then I see create scatter file button was grey
My device Mlais M52 lollipop MT 6752
USB debbuging enable and I use MTK Driod Tool V2.5.3
I hope someone give me some advance advice

I'm a newbie in this forum,
i tried to follow ur tutorial to build a Scatter file,
i'm using MTK Droid Tools v2.4.6 and v2.5.2,
When i click "Blocks Maps",
i got "Block Info" window pop-up,
but the "Create Scatter File" button was grey, can't be clicked,
Would u please kindly give me any enlightment for any solution to solve my problem?

Fyi, my phone is this
it's an Octa-Core MTK6592 phone,
