can you flash a rom

ok so i put a new rom on my phone now it only shows 0% battery will not boot up to cwr so i have the old rom in a zip can i use mtk flash tool to flash it and my phone is not showing up on my pc

Have my one working now how i.Got.it.was.hold power.on and vol.up.for.5mins to.it.boots to.cwr then reset all and.install new rom.all good.now.
