Hello guys. I am very disappointed about Gearbest customer service as they do not understand what your issue is and never but never gave me a clear answer. About 1 month ago I ordered a mobile phone and an electronic cigarette from them and they shipped on 7/10/2015 . After 10 days my parcel is returned at the ne National Return Center (never left UK ) suspected for dangerous goods. I pay for the shipping about 6-7 euros. This is now the right way to do business ! One of the customer service of Gearbest told me today to contact UKRAM !! LOL !!

Hello, sorry for the issue. Gearbest has no control over your delivery country's customs. You can request a refund at this point would be my recommendation.
