Hello guys. I am very disappointed about Gearbest customer service as they do not understand what your issue is and never but never gave me a clear answer. About 1 month ago I ordered a mobile phone and an electronic cigarette from them and they shipped on 7/10/2015 . After 10 days my parcel is returned at the ne National Return Center (never left UK ) suspected for dangerous goods. I pay for the shipping about 6-7 euros. This is now the right way to do business ! One of the customer service of Gearbest told me today to contact UKRAM !! LOL !!
