The iNew v3 has a decent camera. We'll have more pics coming up this week.
Most Zopos have decent cameras also.
If you're in Europe / UK / Asia and don't need Americans frequencies, you might want to consider Xiaomi Hongmi Red Rice as well.

Not yet. It's very unfortunate the Xiaomi Hongmi Red Rice doesn't have 850WCDMA or 850GSM. Regardless, will try to get a review of the phone in.

I noticed MT6582 CPUs only support up to 8MP camera, so V3 is then also limited to 8MP instead of advertised 13 (18)?
