Well ... and then tap on Mobileuncle ... tap on Engineer mode ... tap on Engineer mode (MTK) ... tap on Connectivity ... tap on CDS information ... tap on Radio information ... tap on Phone and correct the IMEI. In line AT +EGMR=1,7,"IMEI_1" YOU MUST ENTER SPACE BETWEEN AT and +, so not AT+EG but AT +EG ... and you'll fix your invalid IMEI.

You have to enter SPACE between AT and +, so not AT+EG but AT +EG :-)

I don't know why doesn't runs into your device :-(
Try to restore the original IMEI with MTK Droid Tool ... but it is less sharp than mobileuncle.
