iNew v3 Turning on Factory Mode

If your phone is starting in factory mode, but you're not pressing the volume button, that would suggest it's sticking. I mean internally. Not the outside button.

Have you tried every solution in the SP Flash tool problem thread?

Yeah I thought so but if that was the case, I thought that it should start going up through the options when in the Factory Mode if the key is really stuck.

Thank you for all your help. I tried to perfect this as much as possible by starting it on admin but still didn't load. I will send it back and hope for a refund or a new copy of the iNew v3. Its a pity because I really loved this mobile before this stupid problem cropped up.
