Just received mine today. You guys use any protective case? Any suggestions?

depends on what you prefer.
i bought a generic pull-tab-sleeve for my wife's Redmi 1s. the note being considerably taller that might prove difficult.
there are many options, it really depends on what you want -
flip-cover, silicone case, tpu case, sleeve, sock, whatever.
with or without screen protector etc.

then there is the question of material - cloth, PU, leather, microfiber, alcantara, neoprene etc.

I had used the UAG Armour case on my S3 previously and love the tough look and protection but with xiomi, there's less choices out there.

Looks nice but im worried about my son dropping the phone and also not sure about the durability of the material color coating. I had never use the bumper kind of case..

Loads of flip cases cheap on aliexpress, I got one thrown in with my note, a brilliant phone and I am loving it.
