I am still (believe it or not) waiting for my V3 to clear Israeli customs but I am very excited to receive it.
I'm happy you finally found a listening ear in the company.
[But the truth is if I would wait until now before I ordered I'd probably fork out a few extra $$ and buy THL T11  ]

Non of them replied. One of the emails in the documents that are on baidu, replied this.
Abd inewmobile.com is a reseller . yes thats not inew 's company site, but they are not fake either. They are just a reseller like plenty of others.

If you look at these two different websites, you'll find different descriptions / specifications for the V3.
This "product page" describes the V3 with WCDMA 850/2100MHz:
