I mean, can you normally put power to the phone by pressing power for just a few seconds?
Make sure the phone has been powered on. Then powered down (phone off). And pressing volume up when connect to USB.

Unplug the phone from PC
Hold power button on the phone for 30 seconds or until you see it power on.
Then hold power button again until display turns off (about 10 seconds) and immediately remove your thumb from power.
Retry the flash Download Only. Hold Volume Up while connecting phone to PC. After red bar, remove finger from volume up.
