Vernee Mix 2 rear camera problem

Hello, I have a problem with my Vernee Mix, today the package has arrived and the rear camera does not work for me. When I turn on the camera application, only the front is activated and there is no choice to change it to the rear camera. Please help.

p.s I installed the Droid info program and can not see the rear camera,
and I would not like to send it back to China because it will take a long time

It is almost certainly an hardware issue.
I suggest you to return your phone to the seller immediately.
Do not wait too long to return your phone to the seller.

3) Flash stock rom (select FIRMWARE UPGRADE option on SP Flash Tool).

STEPS :

1) Turn off the phone.
2) Run SP Flash Tool.
3) Select Firmware Upgrade and run flash process
4) Hold volume up before and when you connect the phone to the pc with USB.
5) When you see the red bar, then release volume button.
