Are you absolutely sure you put in the correct ROM?
Are you able to boot into recovery/factory mode?
Do you have custom recovery? Try wiping dalvik cache and cache.
If you don't have custom recovery, try doing a factory reset.

That doesn't make much sense. If you have a good and valid backup, you shouldn't be suffering, just a matter of restoring the backup and that's it unless your backup is not working (plain wrong or insufficient) or do not know what you're doing.
Athos was right in asking his questions, which you haven't answered completely.
Maybe you should explain the "crazy" part????

I flashed the correct Rom. It's is showing the mediatek bootscreen then switches too android logo (the same when i buy it) .
I got the backup from my mtkandroidtools. so im sure its right.

Well, I hate to the the bearer of bad news, but... the ROM, in all likelihood, is the wrong one for your hardware.
The only suggestion at this point, since it seems you have gone the extra mile and tried all the basics, is to hit needrom.
Personally, I would download each and every ROM that "may" work on your hardware. HDC, No. 1, and all other clone-makers. Chances are you simply have a ROM that is for another clone, regardless if the CPU is the same, this will never work.
Make yourself a nice long paper list and go through each one methodically so that you do not try and flash the same one twice. Also, note the link from where it came so that you can go back and hit it or even post a question/comment/plea for help.
Best of luck on your hunt!

And I hate to be the bearer of my persistent question, but what did you flash? Your backup, which is what you should do, or a different "so called" stock rom?
If you have a complete backup, and let me state that mtk droidtools does NOT do a complete backup of your rom, then you should have NO problem at all to get your phone working, unless it is actually hard-bricked, which is very unlikely.

I used the rom provided by mtkdroid tools.
I dont know anything, i tried needrom also. none of them work.
what i mean with stock rom is the rom that came from my backup, which doesnt work giving me bootloops I tried to wipe the partition and cache still not working
