Well whoever gave this link _ Thank you My phone is now working properly . It just needs a few tweaks to improve it .
I recommend this set of files. All I did was Download only ---- the files that the scatter lifted and left all the other stuff where it was . This restored my dev/radio sector and the IMEI was still intact in the NVRAM I was using previously.
So yah boo sucks -to the jokers who sold me the 'phone and then left me swinging !! Wouldn't help me so avoid

Snag with these Chinese phones- they have a Japanese kami-kaze approach to a FACTORY RE-SET in that it took out its own NVram section when I did that to cure Goole apps problems. No phone sholud be able to do that and they should all come with a separate FULL BACK up to get you out of a jam or proper website wher you can download the correct files. It has taken me about 5 weeks to sort this will all the hit and miss . But I made notes of what I tried
