I flashed a ROM from needrom.com, since that my display does not work anymore (Only colorful stripes) But in the background the ROM is working, and I only see the colorful stripes.
I have tried all ROMS from there but no one works. I think it's a problem because of the LCD drivers. Somone know how to fix?
Is it otherwise booting fine? I mean, can you tell that the phone is operational other than display?
Due to it being a clone, it's quite possibly not a true Star at all. Many sellers just list the OEM clones and add Star to them. Thus the issue with the ROM. It's just a hunch though.
If you don't have a backup, and no other ROMs for Star S9500 work, and you can tell the phone isn't operational, then it's time to start trying other clone ROMs.
First step is plug your phone to MTK Droid Tools and see what comes up there. Make sure you at least truly have MT6589 so you'll know where to start with other ROMs.

Hi Sniper47,
yes with the software "MyPhoneExplorer" for windows, I can mount the screen on the pc and everything is working fine.
Only the phone's display shows the stripes so I can't do anything with it because I don't see anything. Other ROMS I tried do the same but some of them makes the display stay black, same here situation here, in the background the ROMis working.
Okay I will take a look at MTK Droid Tools, which information should I note? I am pretty sure that it has a MTK 6582, so the newer CPU of the MTK 6589
I don't have a backup

Hmm... Curious. Since your phone is otherwise working fine, it's unlikely to be an issue with it being "fake" Star S9500.
The 'other ROMs' you tried - they were from other S9500 copies? Or all for Star S9500? If all for Star S9500, forget what I said about trying other ROMs for other OEM copies.
It's possible a protected area of eMMC got wiped or corrupted during the flash. Maybe because of an incorrect scatter. It's also possible you have a unique revision of the phone with a different LCD as you suggested in your OP.
In MTK Droid Tools, you'll see where it says SOC/CPU it will tell you MT6589/MT6582 etc... If it's fake, it will tell you it's fake. But now that you said the phone is working fine other than LCD, it is likely not a faked SoC.

I'll tired the ROMS for S9500 and N9500 form needrom.com and no one solves the problem. I don't know why the ROM works but the dispay stays like this, mybe because of wrong LCD drivers from the ROM?
MTK Droid gave this information:
It's possible a protected area of eMMC got wiped or corrupted during the flash. Maybe because of an incorrect scatter at some point. It's also possible you have a unique revision of the phone with a different LCD as you suggested in your OP.
Have you tried to contact the seller to see if they have an exact ROM for your phone?
It looks like you tried to flash some 4.3? That is very likely faked by whatever ROM you last flashed.
You can try to root with framaroot so you can get root shell via mtk Droid Tools and see if your LCD Driver info comes up or not. If it doesn't come up, could mean the driver is corrupted / got wiped by one of your previous flashes.
So then it was as I suggested in the beginning. That the phone wasn't truly Star [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] . It's TC INNOVATION MYPHONE 5
Good you got it figured out and posted the solution ROM. Thanks for that.
I am encouraged by that !! I am having trouble getting the "Moly" baseband into my MTK6572 Galaxy Note 3 Clone.
I appear to be short of /dev/radio/pttycmd1 and all the other files in that directory . I believe that If I have the Baseband and those files I will be able to re-set the IMEI and get the phone back into making Calls !! If you know of a solution please advise.
As soon as I select IMEI/NVRAM restore/backup I get the message - Error : pttycmd1 device not found.
Where does Mtkdroid tools look for that ? ( /dev/radio/ ? )I f it looks where I think it will find an empty directory. Everything else on mu unit works well in 4.4 Kitkat
