S308 bricked

Hi all

I have a Cubot S308 and somehow after I used TWRP to load a custome rom it has bricked.
I got the phone detected as MTK device but whenever I try to use Flashtools to reload the official ROM it keeps doing the connected /disconnected device sound and it doesn't download nothing.
At this point the phone doesn't turn and I can't even do anything to it.

Any sugestion?

At first, I have some questions :

Have you Win 7 or Win 8 installed on your pc ?
Do you have the proper ADB driver installed on your pc ?
Into the Device Manager of Win ... have you installed the same next driver ?
