For me, I could not flash through SD because on the China ROM it said "ROM could not be verified" or something like that, so I used the fastboot ROM. Really I don't care too much about Xiaomi China or Xiaomi Global because my native language is English, but there are still some small "China issues" here and there, such as when tapping on Google search widget, it brings up Xiaomi search China :/ Not a big deal, but I figured eh, Global is there, so I'll give it a try. Enough of the chitchat, here is the changelog and downloads.

Fix - In rare cases, the message "SIM card not activated" was displayed after the device had been rebooted (02-16)
