I installed this rom and I cannot say that is useless.
It doesn't have the inew's logo and boot animation during boot process so this is saying something! It has only a generic android logo!
It is not official update even if they say it so at needrom.
On the other hand I must admit that there are improvements!
There is improvement at wifi signal and I am sure about this and there is improvement at power management and the battery (%).
No more countdowns from 100% to 85% and from 16% to 0. Now I am 2 and a half hours since low battery warning message and at 6%.
Of course from 85% to 16% (actually the first message is 15% now ) does not last like before.
It is VERY smooth now.
EDIT: It took another half hour from 6% to power off.

This is just for testing purposes but is quite strange and curious who build this rom?
Did some files leaked from iNew because iNew said they have improve the wifi gps and battery at their upcoming version and this rom have all these updates!!
And why they use the same version number and from where they get it? Nobody knew that the new version will have this number (1.1.4), more likely could be 1.0.9 or 1.0.10 or 1.1.0!

The point is that rom is very good!
The wifi now is waaaaay better. I was transferring files between my pc and iNew with a speed of 500-700kb/s (at a specific area in my house) now at the very same point the speed is 2,5-2,7mb/s!!!!
It's incredible!
That's why i'm curious about this rom.

i know V3 is now sell with italian brand NODIS, model ND-503.
maybe, the last 1.1.4 is the NODIS rom.
it's only a my idea, i don't have any real confirmation.
