First you must check that you have supported lcd driver.
If you have supported driver you should :
MAKE BACKUP (rom and imei) just in case
I did like this, downloaded rom and scatter file from need rom page. Replaced scatter file which I downloaded with the one in the rom folder.
Loaded that scatter file in sp flash tool, checked all the missing squares and loaded their path for every missing thing example: uboot goes for file uboot.bin, catch...etc..
After that when is all checked you must use firmware upgrade and just do it. After it is over your phone will tell you that encryption failed.
After you see that (it will boot to that encryption failed screen) you must turn of your phone, and hold power + volum + button. Then wipe date reset and wipe catch . After that reboot and voila you have kitkat
