BE CAREFUL :

Before to install the TWRP 3.0.2.1 or custom roms,
I suggest you to flash the next stock rom for HT17 Pro :

HOMTOM-HT17PRO-Android_6.0-R05-20161024

CUSTOM RECOVERY STEPS :

a) Turn off your HT17 Pro.
b) Open SP Flash Tool, load the scatter file inside the rar.
c) Click on Download (Download Only mode).
d) Connect your HT17 Pro to the pc with USB cable to run the flash process.
e) When it will be finished, hold on "volume +" and "power" buttons simultaneously.
f) When you will see the writing "HOMTOM" release immediately the buttons.

PORTED ROM STEPS :

1) Download the "HT17_Pro-Wolder_Wiam_34.zip" at the next link :

2) Copy & paste "HT17_Pro-Wolder_Wiam_34.zip" into microSD.
3) Reboot into twrp custom recovery.
4) Make a full backup of stock rom (Boot, System and Data) into microSD.
5) Make a backup of NVRAM separately into microSD.
6) Tap on "WIPE" (main screen of twrp).
7) Tap on "Advanced Wipe".
8) Select Dalvik/System/Cache/Data/Internal Storage BUT NOT Micro SDCard.
9) Swipe to Wipe.
10) Return to the main screen of twrp.
11) Tap on "INSTALL".
12) Tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
13) Tap on "HT17_Pro-Wolder_Wiam_34.zip".
14) Swipe to confirm Flash.
15) When installation is finished, swipe to reboot.

e) Download the NEW TWRP 3.0.3 at the next link :

f) Turn off the phone.
g) Open SP Flash Tool, load the scatter file and click on Download.

i) When it finished, press "volume up" and "power" buttons simultaneously.
j) Release immediately them when appears Homtom logo.
k) Enjoy.

The stock rom had a terrible limit : unable to install Xposed Framework.
I finally get to fix this terrible bug.

FUNDAMENTAL :
Before to install Xposed Installer,
be sure to have activated data traffic or Wi-Fi turned on.

1) Download the "HT17_P-Xposed_fix.zip" at the next link :

2) Copy & paste "HT17_P-Xposed_fix.zip" into microSD.
3) Reboot into twrp custom recovery.
4) Make a full backup of stock rom (Boot, System and Data) into microSD.
5) Make a backup of NVRAM separately into microSD.
6) Tap on "Wipe" (main screen of twrp).
7) Tap on "Advanced Wipe".
8) Select Dalvik/System/Cache/Data/Internal Storage BUT NOT Micro SDCard.
9) Swipe to Wipe.
10) Return to the main screen of twrp.
11) Tap on "Install".
12) Tap on "Select Storage" and tap on "Micro SDCard".
13) Tap on "HT17_P-Xposed_fix.zip".
14) Swipe to confirm Flash.

It would be better do not to apply too much pressure on this phone.
It was a miracle to make Xposed Framework working.
If you want my advice, please do not apply heavy system modification.
Use the opportunities (system modifications) that Xposed offers you.
