I read in a Italian forum that copying the files contained in this archive you need to have your phone with root permissions, it solves the problem of the GPS is in 1.08 try!

I can confirm flashing from 1.0.4 to 1.0.8 with 1.0.8 rooted + pre inst. CWM
without any problem.
camera F2.0 - much better photos
gps working fine (first time 10 min. to find 7-10 satellites),
next time connection time under 30 sec.
battery life - not checked yet.

i'm the author of the post on italian forum.
Yes, i taken 3 files from original 1.0.6 rom, this was the only idea i had to solve AGPS problem.

after further tests, i think the guilty is only the file /system/xbin/libmnlp_mt6582

i wish to ask to all V3 owner with this 1.0.8 rooted + CWM, if you have lags (or better low frame rate) when you watch video on m.youtube.com.

it's clear the low framerate on V3.

I don't know why all the people nag about video playback on inew v3.
instead of using youtube app, watch videos directly on browser (Chrome / stock android browser) and it will be fine.
