Homescreen rotation can be acquired by using a different launcher, GoLauncher for instance or another launcher I guess.

As for the screen sensitiviy; you should be able adapt the build.prop to change it. See elsewhere on this forum (there are also apps for tweaking the build.prop file).

Yes I did that in the standard rom, was a simple line
But I wasn't that sure it actually worked

Do you have a name of one of those apps?

Android Tweaker 2 should be one.

When im outside the signal is perfect but inside it's terrible
