try to entering recovery not possible
try to flastool to dowload recovery no space error 5069
try flastool to dowload rom complete--- no space error 5069
flastool format all except bootloader ---godd

retry all options

i find in other forun , unbrick preloader file , and the file removed, try to searching and not fin it

im, sorry. there is no way to modify RAM.
are you 100% sure about your phone's model?
