[Question] how connect my phone to pc help

hi guys i connect my 6572 mtk phone to pc then pc know it after 4 secend it be disconnect when take off battery it connect and disconnect again and again and with battery it connect and disconnect then turn phone on and show charging my phone is break and i cant start it because it stop in android logo and didnot start luncher. please help me any way to solve it? i wana flash my phone but it shoud be off the phone but with out battery it connect and disconnect it happen again and again and with battery it charging can help me pls

Can you boot into recovery? Try wiping your cache/dalvik cache to solve the boot loop. If that doesn't work, try to factory reset the phone. See the tutorial for factory reset here


If you do need to flash, make sure you have a correct stock ROM/backup.
Your problem has to do with driver installation. but before flashing, try fixing the boot loop like mentioned above.
