I think u better to restart phone in Recovery mode .. then >> Erase user data.

Have you tried POWER+Volume or POWER + VOLUME +MENU button to start your phone, this should take you into recovery mode, from where you can factory reset it.....before doing that, do backup

please help i recently rooted my haipai i9389 and its now soft brick aka boot loop i try to go to recovery mode but i get No command message with a dead android guy. How do i fix this, i just received this phone from singapore.

UPDATE I can get haipai i9389 phone into recovery but nothing helps it still gets bootloop. I do have USB JIG, how can i stock return this phone. SHould I just let battery die? Can anyone please help me.

after i reset my phone data, (rest/factory reset) , i also had the same problem, it start to get reboot, then i tried to "volume down" + "POWER", to get into factory mode, i choose "clear EMMC", then it reboot, then i get back to my normal working phone(my phone is Inew6000)

But , i did that because i know for sure , i had a back up cable flash rom to recover back my phone.

I cleared EMMC it did take me to homescreen but after like 5 seconds on homescreen its starts to reboot again taking me back to homescreen and reboot again again. Do I have to ship it back to singapore seller to get it fix?

i had checked on needrom.com , there should be a cable flash rom.
try to download n see if is is a cable flash rom.
a cable flash rom is a file folder with around 12 to18 files inside.
( a card flash rom is a zip file)

a acble flash rom has
preloader.bin
erb1
ebr2
mbr
and so on........

then try to flash it
important:
after u scatter the file
u should had all the item checked in the box, then uncheck the preloader.bin
only then hit the "download" button to flash the rom.

if it can go tru, with the green circle after about two minutes later
that mean u r good to to recover yr phone.


edit:
before u try the above method,try this first
try to remove yr battery for 10 seccond, then put it back n try to reboot again n see

I am downloading the ROOTED rom is that ok? or do i need to get fully stock rom?
