[Question] cosmo s4 mini error 4032 flsh tool

I have a mini cosmos s4 it stopped connecting. Does nothing, does not enter into recovery mode, nothing at all, the only thing he does is still being recognized by pc.
I tried to install a rom with spflashtool but da' me always an error "error brom: S_FT_ enable dram Fail 4032" can someone help me?
I have several here to install roms for this mtk6572 but dao me all the same error, also have the rom that is supposed to be for this mobile phone, already tried several versions of sp flash tool.

I came to this forum through google search.

The program also advised me to get the error 4032.
Have tried with several cables but it is always the same.
