[Question] android upgrade for Star N9800 (N3 replica)

Hi anyone know if it's possible to upgrade my 4.2.2 android system to either 4.3 or KitKat? More than a simple yes/no would be appreciated.

Star N9800, Android 4.2.2, brand 'alps', build 2709_v92_jbla828_20140107 with MTK6592 octa core 1.7GHz processor.

Do you know a fix for unresponsive touchscreen?
I've tried flashing original ROMs but none worked. I have to off/on screen few times till the touchscreen starts working. Whole time I was thinking it's lk.bin (lcd driver) fault, but it seems that it's kernel because of the hotplug governor. when i turn the screen ON i think that CPU picks higher clock and screen starts working. but i have to off/on few times. i'd like to fix this once for all.

hi does anyone know how to get xp to recognise my star n9800 i tried ti install vcom drivers but kept getting error.After trying to install cwm with flashify my phone is stuck on the android system recovery and my laptop shows unknown usb device im lost any help would be really apreciated....thanks
