[Question] PA i9500 S4 MTK6589 wont turn on, stuck in the samsung logo

Hello, i have a problem, my S4 clone wont turn on. When I try to turn on the phone it stuck on "samsung" logo.

Is it possible to reinstall new ROM? I'm trying to install a new ROM with SP flash tool, but the program does not see the phone connected to the computer. Phone is charging. When I connect to the computer, he discovers the phone is connected. Can you advise what to do now?

Maybe someone have or know where I can get ROM for my phone? Becuse in needrom.com I can't find ROM for my phone or I dont know how to search correctly :/

there are two possibilities

1- u are using SPflash tool the older version, the newer version should be v 3.1316 to v 3.1328

2 - yr preloader.bin in the rom that dose not match yr phone.

I don't know how long this china phone works, but now it's working and it's good to me
