[Question] Help with bricked V3 after ROM flash

This phone the inew v3 was my first china phone and i got very disappointed with it, it's a piece of rubbish small battery bad internet connection and non existent GPS why you want a phone like that ? For me is useless and a totally waste of money, i got feed up with it. Now i will start doing some research to get a better phone as this one sucks big time....

Probably because it is working ok for us!
It is not a high quality phone but it is not rubbish. Probably you got a faulty unit.

Very frustrated and about to give up with this situation...
Now my PC don't recognize the phone anymore so i can't even try anything else to solve this problem.

What a waste, i just lost 200+ dollars with this phone and the funny thing is that i didn't even got time to use it ....

A word of advise to the people who just bought or is about to buy this phone : Please don't try to update the ROM

It's true clevertech74, i loose my device tring to update the ROM, and now he is dead, nothing happens, no sing of life.

My unit after several attempts to update the ROM does not turn over, no sign of any power, or by connecting the PC or button. You can say what may have happened and what I might still do to try to reactivate the device?

To make SPflash tool to recognise the phone and start flashing do the following:

1. Remove battery
2. Load the new rom in sp flash tool and hit format and download
3. Hold volume up + volume down and connect the cable.

The flash procedure should start.

YESSS. My phone is back.I am keep trying to unbrick him and i am successfully alive him with this ROM [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register] . And I have another problem, phone not recognize Sim card. And dont show IMEI. Sorry for my eanglish.

Great news, Chamke! For repairing your invalid IMEI, try following this tutorial [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]

If it does not work, you might need to restore your NVRAM backup. If you do not have one, try asking a fellow V3 user for a copy of his.

Dear Gentlemen's

I have recently purchase iNew Model V3 and version is V4.0 and try to upgrade the phone but something goes wrong and my new phone is bricked. I cannot even power on the phone and cant access the recovery mode by using any combination keys.

I have windows seven and my phone is also not recognized by windows but I can hear the sound like new hardware is detected....it seems that phone is restarting because hardware detection sound appear and something happened in device manager and disappeared and again same sound appears after couple of minutes.

Can you help me please. I will highly appreciate your help.
