I flashed wisely's version from twrp and everything seems fine except for the charging problem i experience on stock KK as well.
I dunno what is the problem, but a normal charging session from 20% to 100+ takes more than 8 hours, from computer it charges 1-2%/hour.
Is there a way to look into this matter? I am not sure how but there must be a way to change this because with JB the chaging time is normal so not the hardware is the key. I wish GeekGirk would be here, she was good with these charging and battery things...
The other problem that i still experience mediaserver wakelock even i have wisely's rom on the board.
"Media" consumes 36,7% of battery. Wakelock details: Media Scanner Service, included packages: DRM, Download manager, Media Storage, downloads; Included processes android.process.media
What the heck can i do with these? This and mediaserver wakelock. Otherwise battely life would be ok except for charging.

You could have corrupted media files on your sdcard causing media to constantly read it, which would also cause your wake lock issue and drain .
Have a read here for problem and solution and if it relates
Those with GPS issues i haven't forgot and will upload a flashable fix this evening all being well to test.
I was also bored looking at smali code on my Xperia Rom and ported over the KitKat HUAWEI Glory 3 Rom , Quite sexy if i do say so ,
I shall also upload for anyone who wants to play with it

Had also issues with GPS at past with KITKAT. Tried everything to fix it, but wasn't software's problem.
My 2nd mini SIM Card was blocking gps locking procedure.
Removed her, tried to lock satellites with 1 SIM Card only, the main one and all done.
Just my 2 cents about this problem. If someone use 2 SIM cards, and has problems with GPS, try remove the 2nd mini one, and re-try.
( With 1.0.8 didn't had this problem thought. )

Theme is * New firmware 4.4.2 1.0.13 *
thanks
Agreed we need like an FAQ thread with everything we know so far, SDCard fixes etc , whos up for the task ?
Also , People having battery issues, Are you using stock battery or thl battery ?
I have very light use on the phone (50% mobile standby & 50% phone idle), and I've noticed that this FW drains the battery much faster than 1.0.8. With 1.0.8, I can last 2-3 days without a charge, but with this FW, I'm down to red in 30hrs or so. I'm using stock battery. Any ideas how I can extend the battery life? (While still staying with KK)

(While still staying with KK) Since i resolved the media problem:
Since last charge Used 22% in 17h 5min. Is is more than enough for me. But to tell the truth this was a light day in mobile usage.
