Make sure to select format all , This has to be done, Jellybean users are coming from different versions with different layouts. You must select format all with spflashtool .
Using upgrade option doesn't work, As the recovery for KitKat is 8mb, Jellybean was 5mb. In other words . It inst correctly flashed in upgrade mod . Has to be Format all .
I did, and when I try to reboot to recovery the screen blinks and then it boots normally. I'll try to flash it again tomorrow, but the rom itself is working nicely ^^

hmmmm , Good to hear rom is working .
For most recovery is working, but for some it isn't. It should work for all as using the spflash version should partition everyone the same .
can you try flashing recovery alone in download mode for me with spflashtool . and then checking to see if can enter recovery ok .
Thanks

Flash new recovery, This is confirmed working on someone else who couldn't enter recovery.
Do a factory reset and flash the rooted cwm version.
Then restore imei again with root permission. My guess is imei wasn't restored correctly
We will get kitkat running smoothly for all, without people telling me whats working and not working on models i cant help fix

I stil have version 1.0.4. My phone is the 800/2100 version. My lcd drivers match so can I safely proceed in flashing this rom?

Just installed with the alternative recovery.img. Boot up and lcd works nicely. Will test GPS at outdoor later this evening after work.
The only issue noted is why default read/write become the internal drive. Previous the sd-card is by default which store my data safely. The system can't find my data now, and I have to copy the content from the sd-card to the internal drive to have the system works.

Turn on phone , when fully booted , plugin sd card , phone will ask to change to External card by default!

Thank you so much @wilsey!! finally i am running android 4.4 Kitkat on my V3. First, i flashed via SP FlashTools and i lost recovery, flashed the alternative one and everything ok. Finally i flashed CWM version and everything works perfectly.
PD: I lost my IMEIs, but restored them with MTK Droid Tools -----> DONT FORGET TO MAKE BACKUP
