What is the issue with your phone?
If you only need to restore nvram, you can try asking for an nvram backup from someone with the same phone.
Restore their backup then change imei.
Official database files are usually provided by manufacturers. You might have a difficult time looking for the db file of a clone phone. Or you might not be able to find one at all, sorry about that...

yes i need nvram backup but i can't find this backup . because of it I want to restore with maui META

What is the issue, though? Missing imei? No WiFi? Did you flash a new ROM or did you get the phone this way?

Yes, missing imei. I couldn't restore in all known ways. I think that nvram is damaged. I also didn't find ROM for my phone
