Try FT 5.1408 or 5.1353 and choose firmware upgrade

The reason is in FT

After flashing disconnect contacts and put battery in.

still Failed to open COM port?

Try first press upgrade,then connect USB and then close contacts
or try press upgrade, close contacts and then connect USB

Ahhh im soo angry ... when im close contacts device gone crazy, in turn connect/disconnect well here it is problem what i have to do????
