Glad to hear it, my wife's battery is Huge, I am getting scared it will blow up. It already popped the screen out on one side.
That phone of hers is a surgery candidate if there ever was one...
The swelling in mine has caused pressure so a blue smudge like a finger print can be seen on the screen about the centre, 1/3 from the bottom. Especially noticeable on a white background - it goes if I pop the back cover off.

That is (of course) from the pressure from the center of the internal battery pressing on the center of the screen. Think of a little ball inside your battery that is big enough to do this with some pressure on the rear.
If the pressure increases enough, or if you give it a hard tap on the center (with the back cover on) it will crack your LCD. Guaranteed.
The only trick you could use, other than figuring out if you can replace it or remove it, is to remove that back cover permanently and replace it with the Innos d6000 tpu sleeve back cover case. It will protect well enough and hold the battery in and as long as you keep it away from water, you should be good to go.

How did you know that it uses the BAK Battery? Maybe if we can find the part number, we can search it in the Internet if there's a replacement.I've written to several Innos D6000 battery sellers, and they are absolutely clueless as to what I'm talking about when I ask if they have the internal battery available too. A round and round chat with them not even understanding what I mean. I just gave up. If someone has a source purchasing link, please post it.

One post above, with no information.
At this point, the only hope is for either:
A. Someone takes one for the team, takes their phone apart, and gets every scrap of information off the battery plus good photos and measurements.
or
B. The battery finally pops on someone (hopefully they do not get hurt), then continues on to "A." above.
Then, MAYBE, a suitable replacement can be found. It's a long shot, but I do not see any other way currently.
In innos.com I contacted a representative and they say that they can't provide that service (see screenshot).
I also poped my battery (using a needle) and there was a small spark and smoke and some chemical smell and the phone rebooted. It still charges, but can't hold the charge for a long time. And I can't use the phone when just using the external battery.
I found a company in China who said they can fix the swollen battery, however, they are only a local company and only cater to local people. Maybe if someone here is in China, we can ship our phones to him/her and have it fixed there? Anyone in China here?

Just crazy can't find these internal batteries anywhere. Looks like less sellers of external now on Aliexpress too.
