Thanks to @jemmini of another forum for developing TWRP for the Innos D6000 and @RM4Y for some instructions and images
What I will lay out here is the tutorial instructions how to guide for flashing Innos D6000 TWRP custom recovery. Unless you really require a permanent TWRP, I recommend just using the temporary TWRP to flash your gapps or root. IMHO there's no need for the permanent TWRP, but if you feel otherwise, of course you may flash it.
Install root, gapps, temporary and permanent TWRP custom recovery, for Innos D6000
Downloads (Includes SuperSU root, adb fastboot tools, adb drivers, temporary TWRP, permanent TWRP)
NOTE: If you are on 5.0, then download 5.0 TWRP. If on 5.1, then download the 5.1 TWRP [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
Download gapps if you want Google services for CN ROM. I use Pico 5.1 64-bit ARM, and this is what I recommend. [Only registered and activated users can see links Click here to register]
NOTE: phone *may* be unstable and slow to a hault after installing gapps and/or root. Just allow it to sit for a minute or two when booted. Then power off and restart. Sometimes a couple of restarts required, but it will then be normal and working well.
1. Unlock Innos D6000 Bootloader and enable USB debugging

This is awesome news! Im gonna try v2.3 with root and Gapps... Can you please provide a non-baidu link to the rom v2.3? i cant manage to download from that chinese site
ADB driver package didn't install anything (0 files copied), so thought I probably had the drivers needed already.
When running run_test.bat it doesn't find my device.
My innos D6000 is connected in charging mode and "OEM unlocking: allow the bootloader to be unlocked" is enabled under developer options. Running latest 2.3 ROM.

When I run Run_test.bat, everything is going well until appears "downloading boot.mg", and then it stops. Bootloader is unlocked, and ROM is 2.3. Can someone help me with that?

After installing the pdanet drivers I got further and phone asks for permissions when I connect it.
The bat file now detects the phone as well, but after the "*******...... bootloader" line the phone reboots and when I push a key to continue it errors out.
Guess I'll just hope for innos to release international ROM, as the only thing I need is Gapps. I don't need unlocked bootloader or TWRP for anything else.

You have to instal some ADB interface (like ADB minimal) and then in terminal
type command: fastboot oem unlock-go (while you are in download mode).
After that, reboot the phone and run Run_test.bat
